Image review for creative teams

Clear feedback and faster sign-off on every image.

No more feedback scattered across emails and screenshots. Your team and your clients mark up images in one place, compare every version side by side, and approve the final one. Clients don’t even need an account.

Private by default. Your work is never used to train AI.

What you get

Every detail matters. Every note has its place.

Point at it. Literally.

Pin a note to the precise spot, or circle, box or draw right on the image. Every note is numbered on the image and listed beside it, so nobody has to guess what “the left corner” means. Reply, attach a reference, and mark it resolved when it's done.

  • Pins, freehand, arrows, boxes and circles in six colors
  • Private notes for your team, and a separate conversation with your client
  • Got notes as a screenshot? Paste it straight in as client feedback

Rounds for your client. Versions for your team.

Each round of feedback gets its own label: R1, R2, R3. Inside it, every internal tweak is a version, such as R2 v1, v2 and v3. Your client sees the round, not the work in progress. Swipe between any two versions to see exactly what changed.

  • See at a glance what's in progress, ready for review, needs changes or approved
  • Organize with folders and drag and drop, with undo for when you change your mind
  • Move a version to another round if it landed in the wrong one

Color, measured, not argued.

“Is that the right blue?” shouldn’t come down to opinion. Set the brand color once, sample the spot on each shot, and Ossavi tells you how close it is: a match, close, or off. The numbers (hex, HSV and ΔE2000) are there whenever you want them.

  • Save a color palette for each folder, like Body, Ring and Logo
  • Every image scored against it: ✓ under 2 ~ under 5 ✗ 5 or more
  • Pick target colors straight from your client's reference image

The whole campaign, on one canvas.

Some problems only show up side by side. Boards put every image in a folder on one canvas you can zoom around, so you can catch the shot that's a little too warm or the crop that doesn't line up with the others.

  • Lay out every image in a folder, or every round of a single image
  • View them on dark, grey, white or checkerboard backgrounds
  • Large sets stay fast: images load at the size they're shown

Everything else a review needs.

Share links

Share a folder or image with anyone, protected by a password and an expiry date. They see previews only, unless you allow downloads.

Reviews

Ask anyone to review: teammates, or clients by email. Clients get a private link with no account needed. As they approve images or ask for changes, each image's status updates by itself.

Activity log

A record of every upload, comment, approval and change: who did it, and when.

Live updates

New comments and versions show up for everyone instantly, with no refreshing.

Bulk uploads

Upload a whole shoot at once and watch each file's progress as it goes.

Undo, almost everywhere

Moved the wrong folder, deleted a comment or sent a review too soon? Most actions can be undone, and emails wait a few seconds before they go out.

How it works

Upload. Review. Approve.

  1. 1

    Upload

Add your images to a folder and go over them with your team first. Internal notes stay internal.

  2. 2

    Send for review

Email your client a private link. There's no account to create and no app to install: they mark up the image, then approve it or ask for changes.

  3. 3

    Revise and wrap up

Upload the fix, send it back, and repeat until it's approved. Every round and comment stays on record.

Privacy and security

Your work, kept private and separate.

Every company gets its own studio, with its own people, files and history, kept separate from everyone else's. You decide who gets in and what they can see.

  • Your data never trains AI. It isn't sold or used for ads, either. It's only used to run your studio.
  • Separate by design. Each studio has its own section of the database and its own file storage, so one studio can't reach another's.
  • Two-factor sign-in. Required for admins and available to everyone. Works with your password manager.
  • You decide who gets in. Choose what each person can do, see every sign-in in the security log, and switch off someone's access the moment they leave.
